Our services
Five disciplines under a single standard
Audio-visual documentation forms the core of our practice and is the discipline for which most clients engage us. The supporting disciplines work to the same drawing standards.

The core of our practice
Pro Audio-Visual System Design
We prepare audio-visual design documentation for commercial, hospitality, corporate and public-sector projects. The set runs from concept drawings and system schematics through layouts, rack detail and cable schedules to the as-built issue.
- Concept and schematic drawings
- Layout and coordination drawings
- Rack and termination documentation

Construction-grade documentation
Architectural and Construction Drafting
We produce architectural and construction documentation for design studios, contractors and engineering firms. The drawings cover the stages between concept and construction, prepared to the presentation standards the receiving party expects.
- Design drawings
- Structural and site documentation
- Interior and fit-out documentation

Consistency across all documentation
CAD Standards and Management
We set up drafting standards and CAD documentation systems for organisations whose drawings arrive from several sources. The service covers templates, standardised layouts, conversions and clean-up of existing files.

Who we work with
Common questions
-
Do you work with clients outside Malaysia?
Yes. The practice has operated from Kuala Lumpur since 2017, and our client base is located predominantly outside Malaysia, with current clients in Australia, Canada and Japan. Project experience also covers the United States and Malaysia. Enquiries, scoping and delivery are all handled remotely.
-
Who owns the CAD source files?
The client does. All client information remains confidential and the property of the client, including CAD source files. That applies to the reference material sent to us as well as to the drawings we produce.
-
Can you take on work at short notice?
Drafting requirements are rarely constant, so our capacity adjusts to each client's pipeline. We provide resources when a client secures a tender and none when work is absent, which keeps a client's own personnel on their core responsibilities. Scope and cost are confirmed before work begins.
-
Do the same people stay with a project?
Yes. Projects remain with the same personnel from initial scope through to final submission, so project knowledge is not lost through handover. Working with the same clients over several years also lets us learn their drawing standards, equipment preferences and submission formats, so later projects begin from a more advanced starting point.
-
Can you work to a client's own CAD standards?
Yes. We apply uniform drawing standards across every sheet, and where a client has its own conventions we build the templates and layouts around them. Rather than imposing a generic template, we review how a practice currently works before proposing a standard. That standard then carries through conversions, clean-up and any new drawings.
One practice across every drawing
Where a project needs audio-visual and architectural documentation, the same team prepares both.
