Who we are

An outsourced technical design partner
Line Draw CAD Lab (LDCL) and Line Draw Audio Visual (LDAV), its audio-visual arm, serve the engineering, architecture, interior design and building industries. The practice has operated from Kuala Lumpur since 2017, and our client base sits predominantly outside Malaysia, with current clients in Australia, Canada and Japan.

A focused, relationship-led practice
We maintain a small number of client relationships and sustain them over the long term rather than pursuing volume. That model depends on consistent quality, which we achieve by keeping the same personnel on each client's projects and applying uniform drawing standards across every sheet.

When clients engage us
Clients approach us when their internal drafting capacity reaches its limit, when a project requires audio-visual documentation they cannot produce in-house, or when the documentation they currently receive falls short of the standard required for construction.

We regard technical drawings as the point at which an audio-visual system is fully defined, because any ambiguity that remains on the page becomes a question during installation.

Trishay J. Trada
Founder
Trishay founded the practice in 2017, following a career as an audio-visual CAD drafter in Australia. He leads project direction and remains the principal point of contact for client relationships.

Ridhima Sehgal
Senior CAD Manager
Ridhima is an experienced architect, with expertise across residential and commercial architecture and interior design. She is the Senior CAD Manager at LDCL, overseeing internal workflow and technical standards.

Khushal Barot
AV Design Engineer
Khushal is a skilled and experienced technical designer of audio-visual systems, with deep knowledge of audio-visual systems integration. He works on the practice's audio-visual design documentation as an AV Design Engineer.

Dea Tanneysa Aileen
Architectural Drafter and AV Design Engineer
Dea is an architecture graduate who joined LDCL as a junior drafter. Several years on, she has developed technical expertise in both architectural and audio-visual systems design, and she is a core member of the team.

Muhammad Azhar bin Azmi
Architectural Drafter
Azhar is a proficient architect with a natural talent for architectural design and drawing detailing. He has been with LDCL since 2019 and is a long-standing member of the team.
